Specifically, the treatment will concern:

- To submit your application, go to the "Work with us" section: first name, last name, email address, area of interest, additional information contained in your resume (such as place and date of birth, residence, citizenship, telephone numbers, education, professional experience, personal interests, image, membership in protected categories), including information that reveals your racial or ethnic origin and information relating to your health or any percentage of disability. It is not possible to attach documents or indicate health data that would allow the identification of specific pathologies.

All personal data you provide must enable the Company to operate in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), i.e., to comply with the principle of minimization imposed by current legislation.
In view of the above, any personal data you provide that exceeds what is specifically requested in the form or that cannot be considered essential for achieving the specific stated purpose will not be taken into consideration and may result in the deletion of the communication.
- PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS, AND NATURE OF THE PROVISION OF DATA
When consulting the Website and using the services provided therein, Data is processed for the following purposes:
- allow navigation of the Website, check its correct functioning and ascertain responsibility in the event of computer crimes, as well as process statistical analyses of visits to the Website and create profiles that allow the sending of advertising in line with your preferences (hereinafter "Website Navigation"). The legal basis can be found in the execution of the contract (Art. 6.1 b) Regulation), as well as in the legitimate interest of the Company (Art. 6.1 f) Regulation) and, with reference to the processing of statistical analyses and the creation of profiles that allow the sending of advertising in line with your preferences, in the consent you have expressed (Art. 6.1 a) Regulation);
- evaluate your professional profile and initiate the selection process aimed at establishing an employment or professional collaboration relationship (hereinafter "Selection"). The legal basis can be found in the execution of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1 b) of the Regulation) and in the need to fulfill the obligations and exercise the specific rights of the user or the Company in matters of labor law and social security and social protection (Article 9.2 b) of the Regulation);
- to verify and manage the complaint you have submitted (hereinafter "Complaints"). The legal basis for this is the performance of the contract (Article 6.1 b) of the Regulation);
- respond to your request and provide you with the relevant information (hereinafter"Contacts"). The legal basis for this is the implementation of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Article 6.1 b) of the Regulation);
- to allow you to subscribe to the Company's newsletter and to send you communications by email containing information, advertising, and promotional content about the Company's products, services, and activities. The legal basis for this is your express consent (Article 6.1 a) of the Regulation);
- exercise and defense of the Company's rights in any venue, including judicial, administrative, arbitration, and/or mediation and conciliation proceedings (hereinafter"Defense"). The legal basis is the legitimate interest of the Company (Article 6.1 f) of the Regulation).
With the exception of browsing data (collected automatically through cookies or other tracking technologies), the provision of your Data is:
- mandatory for the pursuit of the purposes referred to in points a), b), c), d), and f) above. Therefore, failure to provide the Data marked with (*) will make it impossible for the Company to fulfill the requested requirements (e.g., browsing the Website, responding to any requests or complaints, and submitting an application), while failure to provide Data not marked with (*) will not affect the Company's ability to fulfill the requested requirements;
- optional for the pursuit of the purpose referred to in letter a) above and, specifically, for the processing of statistical analyses regarding visits to the Website and the creation of profiles that allow the sending of advertising in line with preferences, as well as for the pursuit of the purpose referred to in letter e) above. Therefore, failure to provide the Data will make it impossible for the Company to process statistical analyses of visits to the Website, as well as to allow you to subscribe to the newsletter for the sending of communications containing information, advertising, and promotional content, without, however, prejudice to the pursuit of the remaining purposes referred to in letter a) and those referred to in letters b), c), d), and f).

- PERSONAL DATA SECURITY

- "Defense"will be kept for the entire duration of the dispute and until the time limits for any appeal and/or for the statute of limitations on the related action have expired;

- to restriction of processing if you contest the accuracy of the Data for the period necessary to carry out the relevant checks, or if the processing is unlawful, or if, although the Data Controller no longer needs your Data, you request its storage for legal purposes;
