Savory turkey tart

Ingredients:

  • 250 g salted crackers or rusks
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 basil leaves

Preparation:

Preparation: Start preparing the no-bake savory tart with roast turkey from the base.

Melt the butter and mix it with the crushed crackers in a food processor with two basil leaves.

Pour the base into a springform pan and flatten it, then place in the refrigerator to set for about 1 hour.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: in a bowl, combine the ricotta with the pecorino and Philadelphia cheese and season with salt and pepper. Take the base and pour in the filling. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours. Take the tart out and decorate the surface with slices of roast turkey, fresh arugula, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and Taggiasca olives.
