1. Clean the flowers, remove the pistil inside, trying to leave them whole. 2. Place a teaspoon of creamed salt cod inside each flower. 3. Close the tips by rolling them up slightly.
4. Wrap each flower in half a slice of prosciutto crudo. 5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with oil, and place the flowers on top. 6. Sprinkle with herbs and bake at 350°F on the broil setting for 5-6 minutes.
