Method: Cook the bacon by briefly searing it in a pan or in a convection oven at 150°C for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Wipe off any excess fat and cut it into small pieces.
Wash the pak choi, cut it in half, and sauté it in a pan with a little oil so that it is lightly browned on the outside.
Lightly sauté. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water and drain when al dente, season with a drizzle of oil and then add the bacon and shrimp. Serve the pasta warm, together with the pak choi.
