Pasta salad with arugula

Ingredients:

  • 200 g of durum wheat pasta (your favorite shape)
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 80 g walnut kernels
  • 150 g Berettapancetta cubetti
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation:

Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and drain it when it is al dente.

Drizzle with a little oil to prevent sticking.

Wash the arugula and chop it coarsely with a knife.

Break the walnut kernels into pieces with your hands. Brown the pancetta a non-stick pan until it has taken on a little color. Add the arugula, walnuts, and pancetta pasta. Season with a little more oil, add salt to taste, mix, and serve.
