Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them in half or into quarters if they are very large.
Cut the mozzarella into cubetti drain it in a sieve.
Place a piece of carasau bread on each plate. Add a slice of prosciutto, pieces of mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes. Continue in this manner for a total of three layers and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and basil leaves.
