Sandwich with porchetta and potatoes with mustard sauce

Ingredients:

  • 3 rustic sandwiches
  • 100 g of oven-roasted porchetta
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 small cup of seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sweet mustard
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon dried dill

Preparation:

Prepare the mustard sauce by mixing the oil, mustard, water, a pinch of salt, sugar, and vinegar in a small blender.

Once the cream is smooth, add the dill, stir, and set aside.

Wash the potatoes thoroughly, slice them, and steam them for 8-10 minutes, so that they are tender but still firm. Assemble the sandwich with 2 slices of oven-roasted porchetta, add the potatoes, and finish with plenty of mustard sauce.
