Method for preparing the recipe: Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes, wash them thoroughly, and cut them into 4 pieces. Using the tip of a knife, remove the pulp and place the 4 petals in a separate bowl.
Drain the mozzarella balls and slice them into very thin rounds. Drain the olives and chop them with a knife until they resemble a tartare, then add them to the mozzarella balls along with some fresh basil leaves, previously cut into strips.
Season with a tablespoon of oil and a pinch of salt. Mix well with a spoon.
Take some single-serving bowls, lay out the slices of Fresca Salumeria Beretta roast chicken breast and create roses Beretta each slice. Fill the chicken with a generous spoonful of the mozzarella and olive tartare mixture. Place the cherry tomato petals on either side of the rose and finish with the julienned basil.
