Preparation: Place the halved cherry tomatoes, mustard, and salt in the bowl of an immersion blender. Begin blending and, in the meantime, slowly pour in the extra virgin olive oil.
Blend at maximum speed until all the extra virgin olive oil has been used up, then continue for a few more moments until you have a smooth, velvety cream. Assemble the lasagna: spread a sheet of carasau bread on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil, season with mayonnaise, sliced mozzarella, and cooked ham.
Repeat until all ingredients are used up. Garnish with basil leaves.
