Processed and aged in the Parma area, this salami, the most representative of the local craftsmanship, is reinterpreted in the I Gran Re proposal. The best selected Italian ingredients, skilled salting and curing in natural casing.
With an elegant garlic fragrance, flavoured with salt, black pepper in grain and dry white wine that enhance its aroma.
The slices appear fulsomely oval, with the width of a pepper grain, as in the best tradition of this kind of salami.
