A dry cured ham of 20 months starts from the beginning with the choice ingredients. For this reason, I Gran Re most precious has earned the CRU denomination. Only the best heavy pork from the PP chain (hams of Parma), in the Beretta plant of Langhirano, is sent into the long curing process.
